Purpose

The term Competency has always been evoking tremendous interest amongst all people and more so with executives and teachers. I have personally witnessed this interest whenever I have delivered a few lectures on this subject. I was motivated to create this blog by more than 10000 visitors to the Presentation uploads I created in some websites.I intend to share my thoughts in details on this subject and also collect more information on select behavioural competencies and publish them here.
I intend spending the first month of this blog to share overview of Competency Modelling,create discussion forums and understand different terminologies.
Once a common platform is created, this blog will spend specifically on one behavioural competency for three months and hopefully this blog should cover minimum of four behavioural competencies in a period of twelve months.
